Week 1 — Pray & see
- Set aside time to pray specifically for wisdom about the disruption ahead.
- Read the core message together with one other leader (revival-disruption site → Read).
- Name honestly: who in our community is already feeling job loss or anxiety about AI?
Week 2 — Learn
- Skim the ‘Why AI — and Embodied AI’ section so you can speak to it plainly.
- Talk with 2–3 people in tech or affected trades about what they’re seeing.
- Draft a one-page AI policy for your staff (see the AI & the Church page).
Week 3 — Gather
- Invite a small group of trusted members to pray and think about this with you.
- Complete the Readiness Self-Assessment together; pick your top one or two gaps.
- Decide on one visible next step your church will take this quarter.
Week 4 — Take one step in each area
- Provision — identify one practical way to help those losing work or income.
- Purpose — plan a teaching or conversation on identity beyond our jobs.
- Belonging — strengthen one rhythm of real, in-person community.
- Hope — start or renew a simple, sustained prayer rhythm for revival.
